Experiences shared at Retina UK conference

Sight loss charity Retina UK will host its professionals’ conference on September 27 in-person at the Pendulum Hotel in Manchester and online. 

The CPD event will explore topics such as how to deliver the eye care support pathway, which will discuss how families can get information, support and advice on their sight loss journey.

A panel of volunteers and service users will share their experiences of the positive impact that peer-to-peer support had on their lives.

Another session will look at the outcomes of an in-depth study on the impact of retinitis pigmentosa on patients and family members.
