Eye Doctor launches dry eye newsletter

A newsletter has been launched by Eye Doctor

A newsletter focused on providing dry eye disease information to independent optical practices has been launched by compress mask brand the Eye Doctor.

The Clinical InSights newsletter featured ophthalmologist and clinical adviser Dr Colin Parsloe, consultant eye surgeon Dr Fayaaz Musa, and medical broadcaster Dr Hilary Jones.

Commenting on research discussed in the newsletter, Dr Parsloe said: ‘It is abundantly clear that the higher the bacterial load in the eye, the more likely it is that their dry eye disease will be more severe. We are therefore confident to say that the device with the lowest number of bacteria will be the best product to use’.
