Speciality drug company Inyx of New York has signed an agreement to acquire six eye care products from Advanced Medical Optics.
Inyx is focused on niche drug delivery technologies and products and its marketing subsidiary Exaeris will distribute the over-the-counter products worldwide.
The products acquired are: Lens Plus Aerosol, Lens Plus Rewetter Drops, Lens Plus Daily Cleaner, LC-65 Daily Contact Lens Cleaner, Hydrocare Fizzy Tablets and Total Solution.
