A testing facility in China has offered international eyewear manufacturers the opportunity to test and accredit their ranges.
Precision Eyewear Testing & Inspection Services (PEL) is one of only a few privately owned eyewear testing laboratory in China and tests and focuses on eyewear product testing services related for European (EN/IEC), Chinese (GB/QB), American (ANSI/ASTM) and international (ISO) standards. Its testing reports were said to be recognised by more than 70 member states and regions of the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation.
PEL offers testing and inspection services for sunglasses, spectacle frames, ophthalmic lenses, reading glasses, safety goggles, children spectacles, swimming goggles and ski goggles. It offers more than 100 testing methods in its 600sqm lab.
