Far Eastern promise from Brulimar

Manchester-based Brulimar Optical Group has released a new range of frames from its Far Eastern designer Ito Nakamura, which were exhibited recently at Silmo.
The company says the unisex range, made from lightweight materials, has been very popular since arriving in the UK last year, and it is sure the new line will also be a hit. Managing director Howard Librae said: 'The new collection is stunning, offering something completely different for women. It offers something that will appeal to the individual with cutting edge design and unique style.'
The new metal frames, are available in shades such as gunmetal silver and rhodium. Other frames come in attractive shades of blue, green and lilac and each carries the designer logo on the side.
Brulimar has also revamped the Beano range of spectacles. The range has many original features, including the Dennis the Menace brand, but now also has cushioned ear tips and a new bridge design. Five frames are available in three sizes and five colours Ð blue, silver, bronze, gold, red and black. Mr Librae said: 'We are confident that the new designs will be very popular, providing greater choice for our customers.
'Beano has been very successful and we are always keen to introduce new ranges that will extend the appeal of our eyewear. The Beano range provides a quirky alternative which are menace proof!'
