Fight for Sight has held a series of sunglass sales over the past two months, raising £4,500 for the charity.The sales were held at Clifford Chance, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, CIBA Vision, PricewaterhouseCooper (pictured) and The Guardian.
Clifford Chance donated match-funding of £689.50 for the sale held at its London headquarters.
Over 400 sunglasses were donated by companies including Blue Gem, Mini, Charmant, De Rigo, Marchon, Menrad, Silhouette, Specsavers, TopShop, Monsoon and Minima Eyewear.
The charity's head of fundraising, Annu Mayor, said she was delighted with the sales and thanked both the companies that donated sunglasses and the people who bought a pair.
