A charter for families of children with a visual impairment will be launched later this month. It will be released at a special conference which has emerged from a National Lottery- funded study organised by the RNIB and the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health. The event will be held at the Royal College's London headquarters on April 30. As well as the charter, there will also be details of families' experiences of statutory and voluntary services.
