Free breakfast scheme introduced at Optical Express

Optical Express Optical Express introduced a free breakfast programme for all employees at over 100 of its optical practices in August as part of an initiative to enhance staff wellbeing.

The multiple said it looked for ways to enhance the experience of employees and introduced free breakfasts alongside other benefits, such as flexible working and funding for independent prescribing qualifications.

David Moulsdale, CEO and founder of Optical Express, said: ‘Helping our colleagues in this way, is part of our commitment to care which is embedded in our culture.
