Paralympic bronze-medallist Harriet Lee has received funding from Vision Express to aid her preparations for the 2016 Paralympics in Rio de Janeiro. The four-year agreement will see the multiple provide funding for the swimmer to undertake training, while acting as an ambassador for the brand and supporting its charity initiatives and follows a drastic reduction in her funding from the lottery and UK Sport.
'I was particularly drawn to Vision Express as a company due to its relationship with the Childhood Eye Cancer Trust. The importance of maintaining children's eye health should not be underestimated, and I am thrilled to help in any way I can,' said Lee on the deal.
