Giorgio Armani gives line some leather

Through its distributor Safilo, Giorgio Armani has released the Precious Materials Collection of frames and sunglasses. The new range uses hand-finished exotic leather, natural horn and gold plating.

Leather detailing on the temples make the 931 frames and 902/05 sunglass models stand out. The light brown front of the 931 frame sits well with the brown leather patches, while the 902 (1) and 905 (2) sunglasses have black galuchat leather to match the colour scheme of the frames.

The 769 sunglass (3) is plated in 5-micron thick 22-carat gold and features a natural Indian horn nose bridge. The frame is available in a champagne finish and comes with a soft nappa leather case.
