Luxury French eyewear manufacturer Gold and Wood has added three new ophthalmic frames to its Heritage collection.
A successor to what the manufacturer said was the popular B09 model, the new Oculus frame (1) sports a retro 50s-inspired silhouette with tapered temples. Helping some of the practicality issues that can affect wooden frames are the Wood Lock mounting system and acetate end tips. The Wood Lock Mounting system features a small barrel and screw which allows the frame to split at the lug, while the acetate end tips add extra adjustability.
The B16.7 (2) and B16.8 (3) feature similar silhouettes and sport new colours and types of wood. Both models feature the Wood Lock mounting system.
