Haag-Streit has added the Luneau L70 Auto Centering Lensmeter to its product portfolio. The device measures spherical, cylindrical and prismatic powers of all types of mounted ophthalmic spectacle lenses.
The L70 automatically locates and positions the lens centres. It recognises the type of lens presented, effects the centration and measures the distance vision and addition in each of the two lenses.
The display can be viewed from a wide angle. Menu selection buttons are placed under the read out, remaining visible to the operator while being pressed. The results can be printed out and readings can be transferred to other instruments or a PC.
