The Hakim Group’s Irish retreat returned for its third instalment from April 25-27 at the Killary Lodge, with the theme ‘The Mind of Leadership’.
Pioneered by Clodagh McGovern, optometrist and director across several Hakim Group practices in Ireland, the retreat was designed to help leaders cultivate mental clarity, emotional intelligence and adaptive thinking.
McGovern shared: ‘This retreat was a space to reset, to explore the mind’s role in leadership and to walk away more focused, present and empowered.’
The event featured a session by life and soul coach, Claire Campbell, on ‘The Mindful Leader’ and a talk by Fr. Benny McHale on the Enneagram – a self-awareness and personal growth tool.
