Hakim Group hosts ‘Soul of Leadership’ Irish retreat

‘Soul of Leadership’ was the theme of Hakim Group’s second Irish retreat at Killary Lodge in Connemara on February 23-25, the goal to ‘explore deeper self-discovery at the soul level’.

Clodagh McGovern, optometrist and director at several Hakim Group independent practices in Ireland, led the retreat for 25 practice partners and managers, and highlighted the value of gaining personal insight and sharing it with others.

‘We envisioned a weekend where our teams could immerse themselves in learning, reflection, and of course, enjoyment. It was wonderful to have our practice teams in Ireland together to do just that. It has been a huge success,’ said McGovern.
