Hakim Group sows seeds to combat food poverty

Hakim Group has partnered with a not-for-profit enterprise to plant seeds and grow fresh produce for people in the Greater Manchester area to access.

Cracking Good Food works to eradicate food poverty and increase food sustainability by delivering cooking courses and providing information on how to minimise food waste.

Nick Lowe, head of communication and project management, said: ‘Our team at Hakim Group are passionate about making a difference in our local community, particularly through sustainability, so partnering with Cracking Good Food was a really valuable opportunity.’
