Rodenstock has introduced an Integrated Service Terminal (IST) featuring touch-screen technology, a consultation system, 3D Video Centering System and an attractive frame display unit.
Patients can use the ImpressionIST interactive information terminal to access product videos, the full product range, relevant websites and 'infotainment' such as sport videos.
The consultation system demonstrates individual parameters, varying lens thicknesses and the ability to view frames on patients' faces with a photo print option.
Rodenstock added that the 3D Video Centering System provides simple and precise measurement of interpupillary distance (monocular), corneal vertex distance, face form angle, pantoscopic tilt, fitting data and frame dimensions.
