An independent optical practice took the opportunity to launch a six-point guide to healthy vision ahead of National Eye Health Week.

‘Everyday life can put a strain on your eyes but regular sight testing and making the right lifestyle choices can help keep your eyes and vision healthy,’ added Hirani.
