Drivers' vision is one of the main topics in the autumn issue of infocus, the patient newsletter of the Independent Marketing Partnership, launched today.
This and an article on frames aim to emphasise the dispensing expertise of independent practices and the wide choice of quality optical products available to patients. Other features include the latest developments in vision research and the need for regular eye examinations.
Graham Hutchison, managing director of the Partnership, said that the newsletter had been written specifically to motivate patients to visit independent practices more often and to spend more.
This is one of 12 patient communication programmes offered by the Partnership, which has seen its membership increase by 61 per cent to 702 practices since its November initiative supported by Norville and Bausch & Lomb.
