Jai Kudo trace frame history with Podium range

Jai Kudo has launched the Podium collection of frames and sunglasses, a new range inspired by vintage looks and with high levels of attention to detail.

Pictured are the bold looking Alice women's frame and the men's Marlowe design, which both feature antique stencilling on the metal bridge and vintage-style hinges. The frames come in a classic colour scheme of black and tortoiseshell, with lighter shades of linen and mushroom also available.

Other highlighted pieces are Tiffany, a 1950s cat's eye shape in heavy acetate and Prescott, a compact design with a keyhole bridge.

The full frame collection, with styles from the 1050s through to the 1980s, is available now and a sunglass collection with similar styling will follow in October.
