Johnson & Johnson Vision Care will run three sessions of its Centre of Excellence business building programme in Manchester and London through October.
The company has joined together with Retail Performance Specialist to develop an evening programme to help eye care practitioners thrive in a more competitive business environment, deliver value, grow incremental sales and retain contact lens patient loyalty.
Content will include how to attract new customers, increasing transaction value using up-selling and multiple purchases and getting the most from your database. Real-life samples and research from around Europe will be used to help practitioners improve patient management and drive sales.
