Johnson & Johnson has launched its 360° Practice Improvement Programme, a series of three workshops to assist practices build their business.

Aimed at the independent sector, the training is based on research by Retail Performance Specialists and has been developed to help counter the effects of recession by implementing a variety of tools and techniques. The workshops show practices how to increase top line revenue as well as existing, new patient and walk-in appointments. It will also help reduce no-show appointments and increase dispensing ratios, average sales value and accessories sales.

Two one-day workshops for practice owners will be held on September 2 and 3 with two-day practice managers' workshops to be held in October and November. A 'Zero pressure sales' day will be held on November 12. The practice owners' workshop is free of charge, but the other workshops cost £500 per person.
