Jones and Co. Styling Opticians leads business conference

Thirty-five independent practice owners (delegates pictured) recently attended a two-day business conference in Manchester led by optometrist and owner of Jones and Co. Styling Opticians, Conor Heaney.

The conference topics were The Path to True Differentiation for Independent Opticians and Stock Mastery. Heaney, who has been coaching UK practice owners as well as independent opticians in Ireland and France on how to succeed at the high end of the optical market, also gave attendees a tour of his practice, which he said had an average dispense value of £750.
