The fourth ACLM Allan Walker Lecture will take place on September 27 at 20 Cavendish Square in London, and is filled to capacity with some 200 practitioners and guests booked to attend.
The speaker is Professor Lyndon Jones of the University of Waterloo, Canada, who will talk about 'The top 10 lies in contact lens practice'. He will also provide delegates with strategies to grow their practice and prevent complications.
Guests will be welcomed with a drinks reception from 6pm and the lecture, worth one CET point, starts at 7pm, to be followed by a buffet supper.
The Association added that because of the current security situation it would not be possible to 'walk in' at the event - entrance is by pre-booked ticket only. Practitioners who would like to be put on the waiting list for any last-minute cancellations should contact the ACLM on 01380 860418.
