Signet Armorlite has announced that it has now re-branded over 100 independent practices as Kodak Lens Vision Centres (KLVCs), since the first test practice was launched in Gloucester in November 2003.
With another 40 practices signed up for re-branding, SA's managing director Mark Dingley said SA was confident it would achieve its goal of re-branding 250 practices ahead of its 2009 target date.
The move follows the February 4 launch of a £2.2m multimedia consumer advertising campaign to promote Kodak lenses and Vision Centres including television and radio slots.
The success of the project in the UK has led to the opening of test Vision Centres in Japan and India with plans afoot to branch into Russia, South Africa and Columbia.
