Lens Analytics develops new software application

Scleralink is a new software application developed by Lens Analytics Limited to calculate scleral contact lenses to fit Eaglet Eye topography using generative artificial intelligence (AI).

The contact lens can be displayed on the topography and be either freeform or automatically fitted from a trial set.

The company said skilled and experienced eye care professionals could then refine the lens-eye relationship to suit their preferences.

Once fitted, the lens specifications can be saved and ordered through authorised manufacturers.

It said complete trial sets of lenses of any complexity can be incorporated into Scleralink, which then uses generative AI, called LensPilot, to select the best initial lens and suggest any necessary adjustments from the trial set.
