Lenstec Optical has been recognised as a ‘fair, just and encouraging employer’ by charity Chwarae Teg after 30 staff at Lenstec were interviewed on equality in the workplace.
The Welsh lab achieved Chwarae Teg’s Evolve Employer status after demonstrating flexible working practices and a positive working environment.
The charity has been working to help women in Wales to achieve and prosper since forming in 1992.
