The Danish patent office has rejected a claim by Jan Houmand, managing director of Copenhagen Eyes, that frame manufacturer Lindberg has copied his work in its Strip Titanium frames.
A statement from Lindberg said that this week Mr Houmand had attempted to prevent the marketing of its new product, and that there was no legal foundation for the company to stop selling the product. Lindberg said Copenhagen Eyes had approached the company with a view to discussing a settlement.
