Some 50 employees from the group's two practices in Epsom and its other three outlets in Sutton, Worthing and Brighton joined in the fun. The day began - for those in Surrey - with a 1948 Routemaster bus ride to the south coast waved off by the Mayor of Epsom and Ewell, Councillor Paul Arden Jones. They were joined on route by a vintage open-top bus with staff from Worthing and Brighton. A 1920s-style picnic in Stanmer Park was laid on, followed by a private guided tour of the Royal Pavilion. Dinner in Brighton rounded off the day. Business development manager David Ward estimates the day out cost about &\#163;2,000, but says it was money well spent. 'It was an excellent day - it must have been the one sunny day in June,' he adds. 'We chose Brighton because it has the pavilion and other things to do. It gave all the staff something to be excited about and they all came back feeling invigorated.'
