u Bausch & Lomb has moved Mark Sieczkarek from the Europe, Middle East and Africa region to head the Americas region. Alan Farnsworth has succeeded him.
Mr Farnsworth joined Bausch & Lomb in 1988 as vice-president business development and was most recently corporate vice-president and president Pharmaceuticals/ Europe.
Both men join John Loughlin, Bausch & Lomb corporate senior vice-president and president Asia Pacific region, as regional leaders of the companyÕs commercial businesses.
