Marcolin and the Tod's Group have announced a five-year licensing agreement for the production and worldwide distribution of sunglasses and ophthalmic frames under the brands Tod's and Hogan.
The agreement will mark the debut of both brands in the eyewear market and the launch of both collections is planned for spring/summer 2010.
The Tod's eyewear collection will be intended for the luxury market and will include frames for men and women, while Hogan will also be aimed at the luxury sector, but at younger customers.
Maurizio Marcolin, Marcolin's style and licensing officer, commented: 'We share the values of excellence, quality and creativity, essential for the development of products affiliated with brands of this calibre and upon which we count for the future growth of this group.'
