Marcolin reported a 31.4 per cent rise in sales for the first quarter of 2007, with consolidated net revenues of €53.7m against €40.8m in 2006.

Marcolin reported a 31.4 per cent rise in sales for the first quarter of 2007, with consolidated net revenues of €53.7m against €40.8m in 2006.

The increase was achieved with the contribution of revenues of all the main lines in its portfolio, particularly Roberto Cavalli and Montblanc, as well as recently launched Tom Ford, Just Cavalli, Ferrari and Web Eyewear.

'Revenue growth was seen in all of the group's leading markets, with the only exception being the subsidiary Cébé, which posted a decline in sales (€0.8m) due, in part, to the poor performance of the winter season as a result of unfavourable weather conditions.'
