Mark’ennovy expands Gentle 80 contact lens range

Mark’ennovy has expanded its Gentle 80 multifocal and multifocal toric contact lens range to cater for more patients with presbyopia and astigmatism.

New parameters of +30.00D to -30.00D sphere powers have been added to correct presbyopia in patients who are also astigmatic. The new options join the existing parameter range, including sphere and toric powers of +30.00 to -30.00D in 0.25 steps, cylinder powers of 0.75 to -8.00 in 0.25 steps and all axes in 1 degree steps.

‘Approximately one-third of potential contact lens wearers require astigmatic correction. The newly expanded Gentle 80 multifocal and multifocal toric contact lens range covers 100 per cent of astigmatism,’ it said.
