An optical practice has played host to the Mayor of Enfield, Councillor Christiana During, for its official opening ceremony.
During attended the new Specsavers store for its March 3 launch, when a balloon archway was assembled on the shop front and four patients won a pair of spectacles.
The new Enfield store will cover 3,421 square feet, including six consultation rooms and an audiology consulting room.
Six members of staff have joined the practice following its relocation to 52 Palace Gardens, Shopping Centre, while store directors Mark Anderson (pictured right) and Alan Phillips (left) said they were hoping for further additions in the year ahead.
