Menicon appoints new hospital business development manager

Menicon has appointed Hans Sunassee as hospital business development manager for the UK.

Sunassee has spent eight years working for No7 Contact Lens Laboratory and two years for Positive Impact Sales.

Managing director of Menicon UK, Kevin Mitchell said: ‘Hans has superb experience, honed over several years in the industry. He also has established relationships with hospital optometry and ophthalmic teams across the UK, so he can hit the ground running. We are delighted to welcome him to Menicon.’

Sunassee added: ‘Menicon’s range of specialist lenses are expanding all the time, with exciting new developments on the horizon which are likely to be of interest for hospitals seeking bespoke optical solutions for their patients.’
