A holistic management option with powerful marketing is said to be offered with the UK launch of the Menicon Bloom treatment plan for myopia control.
Menicon Bloom included two contact lenses that were CE approved specifically for myopia control: Menicon Bloom Night, an orthokeratology contact lens, and Menicon Bloom Day, a soft daily disposable contact lens with extended depth of focus technology.
Also included were specially formulated lens care solutions, fitting software and the Menicon Bloom app, which the company said provided all the tools for a successful myopia journey.
A marketing campaign called See Their Imagination Bloom has been launched to raise awareness of childhood myopia and the available treatment options.
