Millmead Optical recognised for workplace best practice

Millmead Optical Group has been awarded the Gold Accreditation by Investors in People (IIP) for being among the top 20% of companies with policies in place to ensure high quality working conditions for all staff.

This emerges as the optical supplier has been ‘simultaneosly investing in its staff and sustainability’ practices.

Commenting on the award, Millmead's CEO James Conway, said: ‘We believe that the success of any organisation begins and ends with its people. This prestigious award also comes at a time when we are already investing heavily in our staff working environment, as well as the environment at large.
