Mondottica appoints group MD

Eyewear company Mondottica has appointed Ben Whitaker as group managing director.

Whitaker first joined the Mondottica Group in January 2018 as EU commercial director, where he focused on commercial strategy and delivery in key EU markets with additional responsibility for key EU chains.

He left the group in June 2022 to join Nexus Brands Group as EU managing director for its Tattoo division, before returning to the group for a new challenge.
