Eyewear company Mondottica received ISO 9001:2015 certification in recognition that its products and services meet the needs of its partners and customers through a Quality Management System (QMS).
Working with its external ISO provider, Mondottica was substantially audited to ensure its QMS and documentation were in alignment with the globally recognised standard.
The eyewear company said the certification confirmed the maintenance and improvement of its high standard of service delivery, and efficiency, driving directly into increasing customer satisfaction.
