National Eye Health Week asks high street opticians to share case studies
Organisers for National Eye Health Week have appealed to high street opticians to share relevant case studies promoting optics during the awareness campaign.
Eye Health UK said it was looking to partner with community practices during the campaign, running from September 24-30, to highlight the importance of having regular eye tests.
Practices who have detected signs of diabetes, hypertension, raised cholesterol, tumours, MS or other non-vision related illnesses during a routine eye test were encouraged to share their stories by emailing rachel@visionmatters.org.uk.
