National Eye Health Week commences next week
National Eye Health Week commences next week with practitioners encouraged to download campaign resources to help mark the event.
Taking place between September 19-25, each day is set to focus on a different theme including children’s eye health, diabetic retinopathy, sight after 60, nutrition and smoking.
Organisers reported that 2,500 supporters took part in National Eye Health Week in 2015, compared to 1,998 in 2014.
