New centration system for iPads from Zeiss

Zeiss i.Terminal Mobile is the latest digital centration system for iPads from Carl Zeiss Vision.

The i.Terminal can gather and calculate all fitting parameters within 20 seconds.

Parameters measured include monocular interpupillary distances, fitting heights and pantoscopic angle, with a precision of 0.1mm.

According to Zeiss this allows for increased dispensing flexibility within practice and delivers improved visual comfort and fast lens adaption for patients. The system is designed to be simple and intuitive so that all dispensing staff can use it.
