David Chalmers is to take up a new global sales director role in Austria
Silhouette UK managing director David Chalmers is to take up a new global sales director role at the company’s headquarters in Linz, Austria.
Silhouette said the appointment followed recent brand growth in the UK & Eire and would see Chalmers assuming responsibility for worldwide sales of all brands: Silhouette, Neubau Eyewear, Adidas and Silhouette Vision Sensation, the company’s first ever range of ophthalmic lenses.
Commenting on his new appointment, Chalmers said: ‘With the launch of Silhouette Vision Sensation, it is an exciting time to relocate to Linz. I am delighted to be given this opportunity by Silhouette AG, and look forward to the challenge of leading sales functions globally.’
