Four established frame brands have come together under new company umbrella, Design Eyewear Group, led by Prodesign-Denmark to further consolidate the purchases of Woow, Face-à-Face, and InFace between 2014-15.
This move has seen the creation of a new management team, with continued growth defined as the primary goals. The group said the portfolio had foundations in 40 countries, so it was necessary to reform the hierarchy with staff representing each brand.
Design Eyewear Group CEO, Lars Flyvholm, said: ‘We are a house of strong individual design brands, and we wish to express this through our new group name. One year after the integration of the group’s brands, we are posting more than 30% top line growth, while net profit is up by just over 50% relative to the year before.’
