Forty optical practitioners attended the second Cornea, Cataract and Refractive Update held by corneal specialist Centre for Sight at its new hospital on the outskirts of East Grinstead, West Sussex on June 16.
The day closed with two live surgery sessions performed by Mr Sheraz Daya and projected from the high-tech theatres linked to the seminar room through a video feed to the audience. Centre for Sight's next Cornea, Cataract and Refractive Update is scheduled for November 17 2010, but with demand outstripping availability there are only a few spaces left.
