NHS Education for Scotland funds Scottish OOs to training in Therapeutic Prescribing

NHS Education for Scotland (NES) has provided funding to enable Scottish optometrists to undertake training in Therapeutic Prescribing, provided by the Department of Vision Sciences at Glasgow Caledonian University.

NHS Education for Scotland (NES) has provided funding to enable Scottish optometrists to undertake training in Therapeutic Prescribing, provided by the Department of Vision Sciences at Glasgow Caledonian University.

The NES grant, which covers all course fees, is available for optometrists who wish to train to become Additional Supply, Supplementary or Independent Prescribers as well as for practitioners who have already undertaken some therapeutic training.
