OCCS welcomes new clinical advisor

The Optical Consumer Complaints Service (OCCS) has appointed new clinical advisor, Paul Chapman-Hatchett, following the retirement of Richard Edwards.

Paul Chapman-Hatchett, started out his career as a locum optometrist in the UK and Australia during the 1990s, before founding his own domiciliary optical service, and he has held a number of director roles.

He said: ‘I look forward to leveraging my expertise to contribute to OCCS’s continued success, helping them to continue to deliver exceptional service, supporting both consumers and practitioners to resolve complaints as smoothly as possible.’
