Occuity inks agreements in UK and Europe

Medical technology producer Occuity has signed several distribution deals in Europe, including an agreement with Birmingham Optical in the UK. 

The first product released to the UK market as part of the agreement will be the PM1 Pachymeter, a handheld device that measures central corneal thickness.  

Amanda Higginbotham, chief commercial officer at Birmingham Optical, said: ‘We are thrilled to partner with Occuity and be part of introducing the PM1 to the UK market. With their non-contact, handheld platform, Occuity has an exciting pipeline of future products, including the AX1 Axiometer for myopia management.’
