Ocuco to showcase patient SMS survey module

International eyecare software provider Ocuco will be showcasing its new patient SMS survey module at Optrafair (April 1-3).

The two click SMS survey is sent directly to mobiles allowing patients to rate their experience. It will help provide management with clear visibility of the customer’s experience using graphs to display results and review optional comments.

Once set up, the survey can be automated to trigger on various stages of the patient’s interactions with the practice.

Ocuco sales manager Fergus Murphy said: ‘Our users wanted to reach out to customers and ask them their opinions so they could share the good news and focus on the gaps. Without customer feedback, you don’t have the data to inform your business and marketing decisions.’
