An optometrist has lost his job after pleading guilty to six counts of drug possession in Plymouth Magistrates Court according to The Herald.
Magistrates were told how 23-year-old Lloyd Collins had collected hallucinogenic mushrooms on a camping trip. Police with a drugs warrant raided his address on July 16 2008 and also discovered small amounts of amphetamine and cannabis, some ketamine and two other class A drugs.
In court Collins pleaded guilty to six charges of drug possession and received a 12-month conditional discharge and was ordered to pay £60 court costs.
