International development charity VSO is urgently seeking an optometrist for a voluntary placement in Guyana, South America.

The volunteer will work closely with local colleagues and will be responsible for increasing the effectiveness of the organisation, training colleagues and establishing and facilitating the National Vision Screening Programme for all children in schools in Guyana.
